Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time or on weekends begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping methods and carriers. We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex from Houston, Texas. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Incorrect addresses. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we will contact you, and reshipment will require an additional shipping charge.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, responsibility for the package passes to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us at bmoremabel@gmail.com within 7 days. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit and never shows as delivered, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Damaged in transit. Our sauce is packed to survive shipping, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, email us at bmoremabel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue store credit, your choice. Heat and weather. Our products are shelf stable and ship safely year round. However, we are not responsible for changes in product quality caused by extended exposure to heat, cold, or weather after the carrier has delivered your package. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
