Mabel Lee Jones was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a gift for feeding people and a passion for bringing them together around great food.

As her family carried her legacy forward through Mabel’s Food Truck in Maryland to Texas, one thing kept happening, customers couldn’t stop asking about the sauce. The bold, creamy, perfectly spiced sauce that made our Crawfish Fries disappear, elevated every Po’Boy, and had people licking their fingers asking “What IS that?”

That sauce is now Mabel Sauce. Dairy-free, made from scratch, no unnecessary ingredients. Pure Louisiana flavor bottled with love.
